Event is FINISHED
Located in the old Changi Road Food Centre, the stalls offer a variety of traditional Singapore dishes that hold a place in the heart of the locals. In this trail, we wish to go back in time and explore the rich history and heritage behind some of the oldest Hokkien and Teochew stalls in Singapore -- Whitely Road Big Prawn Noodle, Lao Fu Zhi Kway Teow, Nam Sing Hokkien Fried Mee and To-Ricos Guo Shi. Each stall has their unique story that is surely fascinating to all, and also traditional cooking methods dating back to 50 years before.
